At this workshop you will learn how to lactoferment veggies, make vinegar, willowherb tea,<br>gingerbeer and elderflower wine, This workshop offers the opportunity<br>to learn lots of techniques and theory about the topic. The workshop<br>will strongly feature elderflowers as they will be in season. 1 Day Handcarving Bowl/Cup Workshop June 13

Join Dee and learn to carve with hand tools to make a bowl or cup and<br>discover old ways and future ways. Carve with wood from Ireland's<br>woodlands.<br>An ancient craft using one of our most ancient technologies using simple workbenches and hand-tools.<br><br>We'll be aiming to make a general use bowl or cup from locally sourced wood. Working<br>together to spark the deep craft and love of learning that is in us all.
